Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

It is not possible to guarantee that they are always exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that manual work is unrepeatable and unique, as well as from the quality of the materials we use.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

It can be viewed in "Orders" section under "My Accounts" page. 

How can I return an item?

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container(s) so we may investigate and deal with the issue.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Check back the following day in-case if you find any product as "Out of Stock".

On what condition my order cost will be returned?
  • Orders where the packaging has been tampered or damaged by us.
  • Wrong order being delivered; or
  • Items missing from your order at the time of delivery.
